in your pregnancy and Birth.A wonderful treat as well as an opportunity to learn some of the most effective and simple techniques for a safer, easier and more fulfilling Birth with Olivia Seck, mother of 4, certified hypnoBirthing practitioner and doula trainer.
Couples have found retreats to be one of the best ways to learn Hypnobirthing. The Birth Creation programme includes the full HypnoBirthing syllabus but also includes what we have found to be essential preparation for pregnant women or couples, during our years of experience in Birth training and support.
On the Monday, there will also be the opportunity for the men to spend time together with Chris Hand, father of 3, counsellor and experienced father’s groups facilitator and for the women to spend time with Olivia exploring becoming a mother, in all its beauty and challenges. We will come together in the afternoon to create a common vision as a couple for our parenting journey and family life.
The retreat will be held at Eden Rise, near Totnes, Devon a place for inspiration, celebration and grattude where visitors can reconnect to the earth and receive nourishment of body, heart and spirit . The cost of the retreat will vary depending on the accommodation required and will start at £245 per couple (or from £392 for 2 couples coming together).
